A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free (to a certain extent). We will move your website(s) to our leading–edge cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that changing hosting providers can lead to lost data and undesirable network downtime. This is the reason why we’ll do all that for you for free!We’ve got highly capable administrators whose primary responsibility is to make certain that your site works exactly as it did on your previous web hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based on famous scripts like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: There are plenty of variables to consider – the total number of files, the size of the database, the complexity of the website itself and the present workload of our website migration professionals, etc. That being said, we do try to implement all website migrations in a 48–hour time frame. Less sizeable web sites are migrated much faster – usually in less than 24 hours.

A: We do not require any personal information. We will require, though, the login information for your present web hosting account as well as the name of the site that you’d like to transfer.

A: User privacy is indeed one of our top responsibilities – that is why, both our payment transaction page and our Control Panel login page are secured with enterprise–grade SSL certificates. We employ security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and managerial methods to protect the data that we assemble on the Internet. And we’ve got a detailed and rigorous Privacy Policy, which specifies the types of information that we collect.

A: Nah. Your website will stay accessible online during the migration. As soon as everything is completed on our end, we’ll notify you so that you can examine it and check for problems. If everything is alright, all you will need to do is edit your domain name’s DNS records.

A: No. Aside from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we do not require anything. We will never contact your web hosting provider. They will not know anything about the migration either.

A: Yep. We support all traditional Linux–powered web hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–driven hosting platforms, since we don’t provide Windows hosting solutions ourselves.Additionally, we don’t support proprietary website building and management tools such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
